Abstract:Based on UG/NX platform,CAD and CAM modules are used to intellgently generate tool position source files of workpieces. According to the structure and movement characteristics of OKK 4- axis horizontal machining center,and focusing on the special functions of "B-axis table positioning and linkage,reverse boring"of the machine toolthe post-processr iscustomized,and the processingofthetolpositionsourcefileisconverted intoanexecutable NC program.Simulation software is used to verifythe safety simulationof programming,thus ensuring the intelligentand eficient programming of the main parts,safe and controllable processng,and the realization of complex and precise technology
