Joint Logging Machine Logging Head Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance

Abstract：Joint logging machines play an important role in the forestry and wood processing industries. However，due to their complex mechanical structures and prolonged usage，joint logging machines often sufer various malfunctions. To explore the common types offaults and their diagnosis and maintenance methods of joint logging machines，this paper first analyzes the working principle and main components of joint logging machines，introduces various factors thatmaycause faults，andthen discusses indetail how to diagnose faults through inspection，testing，anddata analysis，as well as effective maintenance measures taken.Finally，based on practical case analysis，some suggestions for improving the maintenance efciency and extending the service life of joint loggng machines are summarized.
