Abstract:To address the detection and response to blockages occurring duringthe operation of steel belt roll forming machines,this paper involves design of an object motion detection systemand monitor based on optical mouse sensors.By ingeniously incorporating photocouplers or phototransistors into the light source circuit ofthe optical mouse sensor,the systemcan obtain switch signals to detect object motion.Trial use shows thatthis system offers several advantages,including single signal output,strong anti-interference capability,long-distance signal transmission, and convenient software processing.Ithas been successfullyapplied totheoperation monitoring ofsteelbelt rollforming machines,effctivelyenhancing the reliabilityof equipment operation and reducing the losss caused by failures.

钢带辊压成型机用来将平板钢带加工成型钢,其由数对成型压辊组成,由电机驱动这些压辊对做同步旋转,平面状的钢带就逐步挤压成所需的型钢。(剩余6973字)
