Structure Design and Finite Element Simulation of Vibration Brush Type Lycium barbarum Picking Machine

Abstract:To further promote mechanized harvesting of Lycium barbarum and reduce the damage to fresh Lycium barbarum and their branches during mechanical harvesting,a vibration brush type Lycium barbarum picking machine was designed.Firstly,the overallstructural parameters of the Lycium barbarum picking machine were determined by onsite investigation of the Lycium barbarum planting base,and a3D model of the Lycium barbarum picking machine virtualprototype was created using SolidWorks software.Then,the key parts of the Lycium barbarum picking machine,such as the vibration device,conveying device,and screening device,were described separately.At the same time,the force situation of Lycium barbarum and the force between Lycium barbarum and vibration device were analyzed,and the force during the Lycium barbarum picking process was measured using a tension meter. Finally,Ansys software was used to perform finite element modeling and simulationon the vibration support rod ofthe picking machine vibration device,and the strength met the design requirements.This device provides technical reference for improving the mechanized harvesting of Lycium barbarum.
