Vibration Reduction Test and Analysis for Cab of Rice-wheat Combine Harvester

Abstract:Vibration from the cab ofrice-wheat combine harvester can immediately impact the driver.Regarding the vibration issue,by using acceleration sensors,vibration data of the cab and the cutter table were collected.Then, thedata wereanalyzed,and optimization plans were proposed.The mounting structure of the cab was optimized,and theexternal excitation frequency of the cutter was changed.By comparing the vibration characteristics before and after optimization,a 11% reduction in the overall vibration of the cutter table and a 40.9% reduction in the overall vibrationofthecab wereachieved.Theeffectofthis vibrationreductiontestisremarkable,whichverifiesthereliability of thevibrationreduction methodof thetestanalysis method,providesaclear direction fortheoverallvibration reduction of the rice-wheat combine harvester in the next step,and can also provide a certain reference for the vibration analysis of other harvesting machinery.
