Research on the Line Balancing Problem of Explosion-proof Motor Production Line

Abstract:In order to further improve the eficiency of the motor production line to meet the requirements of he group's special program，the core idea of lean production and IE theory are applied to the motor production line. Combined with advanced metal cuting technologyand knowledgeof machining tools，the production line isoptimized， reducing production line balance loss rate from 80.52% to 16.02% and significantly improving the production efficiency and output of motors.

随着能源需求的持续增长，作为煤矿开采设备动力来源的煤矿电机，也面临着不断增长的需要，金工车间锐意创新，通过一系列措施来提高产能，比如：加强员工培训、采购新设备，引入新技术，激发员工创造力等等，几年来取得了长足的进步。（剩余5008字）
