Design of Biodegradable Seed Film Preparation Device

Abstract：The germination rate of seeds isseriouslyreduced dueto mechanical damageand microbial infection during production and transportation，and the integrityof seeds can be efectively improved through seed film packaging.In viewof the problems of high seed damage rate，poor seed uniformityand low degree of automation，a biodegradable seed film was designed in combination with the coating proces.It is mainly composed of the main support， the seed film preparation system，the film colection device，and the drive control system，and the various components and parameters of the seed filmpreparation systemare designedandoptimized，finite elementanalysis was carriedout on the main support.The biodegradable seed film with good mechanical properties is prepared through film supply，gluing，seeding，and mulching.
