大宗散货港口煤炭翻车作业抑尘措施效率实测研究

摘要:为降低干散货港口煤炭运输翻车作业过程中产生的粉尘污染排放,综合采用了机上洒水、干雾、平台洒水和底层洒水多种联合控制措施。通过对不同组合应用条件下动态扬尘的实际监测,基于实测数据完成了不同抑尘设施抑尘效率的评估,优化了翻车作业抑尘措施运行决策,为翻车机房粉尘污染防治提供节能高效的管理模式。

Experimental Study on the Efficiency of Dust Suppression Measures for Coal Dumping Operations in Bulk Cargo Ports

Abstract: In order to reduce the dust pollution emissions generated during the coal rollover operation in dry bulk cargo port, a variety of combined control measures including on‑board sprinkling, dry fog, platform sprinkling and bottom sprinkling were comprehensively adopted. Through the actual monitoring of dynamic dust generation under different combined application conditions, the evaluation of dust suppression efficiency of different dust suppression facilities was completed based on the measured data, and the operation decision of dust suppression measures in roll‑over operation was optimized, providing an energy‑saving and efficient management mode for dust pollution prevention in roll‑over equipment room.
