“一跟一"和“一跟多"模式在影像技术实习中的效果对比

【Abstract】 Objective To enhance the internship eficiency of imaging technology students by comparingthe teaching effects of one-on-one and many-to-one mentoring.MethodsThe study subjects were 24 imaging technology studentswho interned intheradiologydepartmentofourhospital from January 2O21toDecember2024. Twelvestudents were assigned totheone-on-one experimental group,and theothertwelve tothe many-to-onecontrol group.Students in the experimental group were mentored bythe same teacher throughoutthe internship,while those inthe control group learned from diffrent teachers based on their shifts.Before leaving the department,the teaching outcomeswerequantitatively evaluated through theoretical tests,practical tests,and satisfaction scores from questionnaires.Independent sample t-tests were used to analyze the diferences.ResultsThere was no significant difference in theoretical scores between the experimental group and the control group ( P>0.05 ); the practical scores ofthe experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05) ;and the questionnaire scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05 ).ConclusionThe one-on-one mentoring model is more conducive to improving the learning efficiency of imaging technology interns.

医学影像被称为临床医生的眼睛,对疾病诊断的重要性日益递增;而医学影像技术学培养各级各类医疗机构或相关行业从事临床影像检查、临床数据采集、影像分析和影像治疗及能胜任医学影像设备操作的技术技能型人才,其为下一步精准诊断提供基础,是一门不可或缺的学科,其教学方法的优化对于提升学习效果影响深远。(剩余5773字)
