童年及少年期未特定行为和情绪障碍患者的脑电图特点及其对抗抑郁剂使用率的影响

【Abstract】 Objective To obsersve EEG characteristics of patients with unspecific behavioral and mood disorders inchildhoodand adolescenceandtheir efectson therateof antidepressntutilization.MethodsA total of 433 paitents were collected the clinical data of patients with unspecific behavioral and mood disorders in childhoodand adolescencewho were hospitalized inThe ThirdPeople's HospitalofFoshan forthefirsttime between 1 January 2O22 and 31 December 2023.According to the results of awake resting EEG before treatment，patients were divided into normal EEG group andabnormal EEG group.the patients with abnormal EEG were divided into increased 0 wave group and increased β wave group according to the types of abnormal EEG. The difference in clinical data between two groups was compared respectively，and P<0.05 represented statistically. ResultsThe abnormal EEG relevanceratio of patients with unspecific behavioral and mood disorders in childhood and adolescence was 20.8%（90/433）.The types of abnormal EEG include increased 0 wave and increased β wave，with the composition ratio of 24.4%（22/90）and 75.6%（68/60），respectively.Compared with the normalEEG group，the use ofantidepressantsin abnormal EEG group increased significantly（ P <0.05），while the use of emotional stabilizers and benzodiazepines in abnormal EEG group decreased significantly（ P <0.05）. In patients with abnormal EEG，the antidepressant unilizationratioof increased β wave group increased significantly than increased 0 wave group（ P< 0.05）.ConclusionThe abnormal EEGpatients with unspecificbehavioral and mood disorders in childhood and adolescence may have more pronounced depresson and need more combined antidepressant treatment.

童年及少年期未特定行为和情绪障碍（ICD码F98.900）是一种未特定的其他神经发育障碍，通常起病于童年及少年时期，主要表现为情绪不稳、易激越、学习和社交困难、非自杀性自伤、睡眠障碍等，但这些表现又不符合智力发育障碍、孤独症谱系障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍、儿童交流障碍、特定学习障碍、抽动障碍、运动障碍的诊断标准[1]。（剩余7129字）
