Abstract：Asanational intangiblecuturalheritage，theBlue Jiaxie techniquecaries aprofound historicalandculturalhritage. However，initsvelopmtpros，itcessereallengsucsiriaedisoiityarketsage，akedculal identity，andecologicalchainupture.Troughthetheoreticalperspectiveof“valuereconstruction”，itscorevaluesystemcanbe creativelyrecostructdinontemporaryties，icludingdeepeploratiaderaitepretatioofstoicalvalues，egioaosing ofculturalvaluesandstoryiterpretation，inovatieexpreionandesteticexpasionofrtisticvaessystematicshapingand emotionalconnectionof socialvalues，andglobal perspectiveand storytelingofvaluedissemination.Basedonthisvalue reconstructionframework，starting fromtheconstructionofanorganicwholethatcanachievecontinuousvaluecreationand circulation，theactivationpathoftheBlueJiaxietechniquecanbefurther proposed，namely“theconstructionofasustainable development ecosystem”and“the construction of a multidimensional innovation driven system”.
