Abstract：Xi Jinping Thought on Culture，as thecultural component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese CharacteristicsforaNewEra，providesafundamentalguidelineandscientfcguidancefortheeducationofidealsandconvictionsof college students inthenewera.Guidingtheeducationofcollge students'idealsandconvictions withXiJinping ThoughtonCulture， fromtheperspectiveofvalueimplication，istheneedtoconsolidatetheideologicalfoundationofcollegestudents，toimplementhe fundamentaltaskoffostering virtuethrougheducation，andtopromotetheintegrationofXiJinpingThoughtonSocialismwith ChineseCharacteristicsforaNewEraintoteachingmaterials，clarooms，andthemindsofstudents.Fromtheperspectiveofteal instrinsicbasis，thetheoryofthetwoishighlycompatible，thevalue-orientationisdeeplyechoed，andtheculturalndsare accuratelyrespondedto.Basedonpractice，itisnecessarytodepentheintegrationofcourses through“cultivatingpeople with culture"，strengthencultural positionsthrough“nourishingthe foundation withculture"，enhancepracticalcultivationthrough “establishingthehart withculture"，andcreateacolaborative pattrnthrough“uniting forceswithculture”，soastoformanew educationorientedpatteatoganicallitegratesteorticalaing，cuturalinfitration，ndpracticaltransforationand effectively improves the pertinence and efectivenessof the education ofcollege students'ideals and convictions.
