Abstract：Inresponsetotheisueof insuficient early warning accuracyinelectrical fire preventionandcontrolthis paper systematicallyexplores the proactiveiteligentarlywaringsystemcenteredonprocessprameters.Onthebasisofsortingouthe currentsituationandtechnicalchallnges，itclarifiesthemultiplevaluesofproactiveearlywarning，andconstructsatehnical frameworkcoveringmultisourceinformationsensing，processparameterfeatureextractionmulti-layercoaborativeintellgent warningalgorithms，andanadaptiveleaingmechanism.Acordingly，itdesignsaninteligentearly-waingsystemfordtruted monitoring network.Theoperationresultsshowthatthesystemhasoutstandingperformanceinaccuracytimelinessandreliability providing a new technical path for electrical fire prevention and control.
