Abstract：As theoriginalhomeoftheteaplant，Yunnan Provinceboasts thelargestcultivationarea，the best ecological environment，and the most diverse tea varietal resources in China.This article systematicallreviews the foundation andadvantages ofYunnan in building the "Yunnan Teabrand" in terms of policysystem，industrial scale，regional coordination，and technological empowerment.Italsoprovides anin-depthanalysisofthecore problems curentlyfaced， such as lagging brand systemconstruction，insuficient industrial foundation support，unbalanced supply-demand structure，and uneven international competitiveness.Moreover，itputforwardtargetedoptimizationstrategies，including strengthening brandsystemconstruction，consolidating industrialfoundationsupport，optimizingsupply-demandstructure alignment，and accelerating theoverseas industry expansion，to provide theoretical referencesand practical paths for strengthening the brand value of "Yunnan Tea" and enhancing the core competitiveness of the industry.
