Abstract: In this study,Oolong tea powder was mixed withold Yili'an agarwood powder andambergris powder to prepare teaincense sticks.The formulaoftea incense sticks was optimizedthrough single-factor experiments andresponse surface methodology,andtheliearityombustibilityadness,anduptureresistanceoftheteaincensesticksweremasured. The results showed that the optimal formula for preparing 20g of incense stick mud was as follows: 4.35g of Oolong tea powder, 5.65g of old Yili'an agarwood powder, 6g of Indonesian nanmu sticky powder, 11mL of purified water. Thecolorofthe tea incense sticks preparedunder this formula isbrownandyelow,nopungency,and thearomais stable, with a hardness of (56.42±7.50)1 N,a rupture resistance of (22.19±1.53)mJ , and a straightness of 1.85% ,which meets the requirements of QB/T 4996—2016 "Incense Sticks" standard.
