【摘  要】车身控制器BCM是车上重要的电控单元，其主要功能通常包括灯光控制、刮水系统控制、一些组件的模式切换及通信、路由等功能。选取一款安装于重型牵引车上的BCM作为解析对象，结合生产实际，探讨两个故障案例。

【Abstract】The body controller（BCM）is an important electronic control unit on the vehicle. Its main functions usually include light control，wiper system control，some components' mode switching，communication，routing and other functions. This paper selects a BCM installed on a heavy-duty tractor as the analysis object，and discusses two fault cases based on production practice.

本文按照BCM的功能分区展开全文，因以控制逻辑分析为主，故不涉及其供电及搭铁的说明，另外有些灯具并不是由BCM控制，也不作介绍。（剩余4844字）
