【摘  要】某试制车出现批量跳挡问题，严重影响整车下线正常交付周期。从设计、品质、设备等多个角度对车辆跳挡问题故障因素做出充分分析，并制定出有效措施，以解决批量跳挡问题。

【Abstract】A trial production vehicle experienced a batch skip problem，seriously affecting the normal delivery cycle of the entire vehicle offline. This article will fully analyze the fault factors of vehicle skip gear problem from multiple perspectives such as design，quality，and equipment，and develop effective measures to solve the batch skip gear problem.
