【摘  要】基于依维柯车型在日常使用中出现的馈电问题实例,结合整车静态电流测试结果,从整车电器零部件的静态电流要求、蓄电池的选型策略等方面入手,对异常情况的根本原因进行深入分析,并提出优化改进的方案。

【Abstract】Through examples of feeding problems that occur in the daily use of the IVECO model,combined with the results of static current testing on the entire vehicle,starting from the static current requirements of the electrical components of the vehicle,the selection strategy of the battery,and other aspects,the root causes of abnormal situations are analyzed in depth,and optimization and improvement plans are proposed.

随着汽车智能化、网联化水平越来越高,各个汽车厂都在研发新的智能网联配置,导致整车控制器数量逐渐增多,且都外接整车常电,在整车休眠后部分控制器还存在远程控制、记忆存储、上传数据等消耗电流较大的功能。(剩余4651字)
