挖掘机线束制作方式的优化

【摘  要】电气设计在挖掘机的整机设计中占有很大的比重,针对电气设计周期长、效率低的问题,本文列举了主机厂线束常用的设计方法并进行对比分析,结合行业特征,对不同方法做筛选,结果表明:通过对线束设计方式的优化,可以缩短线束制作时间,提升线束设计效率。

【Abstract】Electrical design occupies a large proportion in the whole machine design of excavator,aiming at the problems of long electrical design cycle and low efficiency,the common design methods of wiring harnesses in the host factory were listed and comparative analyzed in the paper to do screening of different methods,combining with the characteristics of the industry. The results show that: through the optimization of wiring harnesses design way,the wiring harnesses production time can be shortened and the design efficiency of wiring harnesses can be improved.
