基于最小二乘法的商用车整车质量估计研究

【摘  要】整车质量对换挡决策与换挡性能方面有着重要影响。针对商用车整车质量变化较大的特性,基于车辆纵向动力学特性和递归最小二乘法对整车质量进行估计研究。基于MATLAB建立整车质量估计算法,利用TCU自带的坡度信号增加整车质量估计的准确性。经过整车试验,验证该算法的有效性。

Research on Weight Estimation of Commercial Vehicle Based on Least Squares Method

【Abstract】The weight of the vehicle has an important impact on the shift decision and shift performance. Aiming at the characteristics of the weight variation of commercial vehicle,the weight estimation of the vehicle is studied based on the longitudinal dynamic characteristics and recursive least square method. The vehicle weight estimation algorithm is established based on MATLAB,and the accuracy of the vehicle weight estimation is increased by using the slope signal of TCU. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by vehicle test.
