电控制动助力器异响分析

【摘 要】基于某纯电动车在踩下制动踏板时产生异响的问题,通过零件交叉验证、台架模拟测试、故障零件拆解、零件尺寸测量等分析,发现造成制动异响的零件为电控制动助力器,在确认电控制动助力器异响的原因之后,提供解决该异响问题的改进方案,经试验验证,改进方案有效。

Analysis of Abnormal Sound of Electric Brake Booster

【Abstract】This paper focuses on the problem of a pure electric vehicle producing an abnormal sound when the brake pedal is depressed. Through cross validation of parts,bench simulation test,dismantling and analysis of faulty parts and dimensional measurement of parts,it is found that the electric brake booster causes the abnormal sound in the braking. This paper confirms the cause of the abnormal sound in the electric brake booster and effectively solves the problem to improve product quality.
