[Abstract]Theapplicationofartificialintellgence（AI）ineducation（especiallydentaleducation）hassignificantlyfacilitatedthetransformationofdentaleducationandpromotedtheshiftfrom traditionaldentalteachingto“digitalinteligence”teaching.Different from traditional teachingmodels，AI-assisteddental teaching brings manyopportunities for dentaleducatorsbutnewandhighdemandsregarding teachers’rolepositioning.IntheeraofAI，theroleofdentaleducators is nolongerthatofasimple knowledge transmiter，asinthetraditionalmodels，butmustbetransformed tonewroles positioned toadapt to the future intellgentdevelopment ofdental education.This studyreviews therolereconstructionof dentaleducators undertheAI-asisted dentalteachingmodeland providesatheoreticalreference for promotingtherapid development of dental education，overallteaching quality，and breakthroughand innovationof teaching methods.
