[Abstract]Inthe process oforthodontic tooth movement,periodontal tissue relatedcelsperceiveand respondtomechanicalstimulation,andtheperiodontal tssueadaptivereconstructionoccurs,andfinallthetoothmovementisrealized. Severalmechanosensitivereceptors,suchasPiezol,transientreceptorpotentialvaniloid,primaryciliaand integrin,ave ben found toplayarole inorthodontic tooth movement,butthe specific mechanisms remain tobefurther elucidated. In this paper,the mechanismofmechanosensitivereceptors inorthodontic tooth movementinrecentyearsandtheirpossible interaction were summarized,inorder to providereference for the studyofthemechanobiology mechanismoforthodontic tooth movement.
