Correspondence：HuangHanyao，Email：huanghanyao_cn@scu.edu.cn [Abstract]Cleft lip isoneof thecommoncongenital deformities inthecraniofacialregion，oftenaccompanied byvaryingdegresofnasal deformity.Non-surgicalmethods fornasalcartilagecorrctionplayapositiverole inmaintaining surgicaloutcomes.Thecombination ofnon-surgical and surgical treatments isa successful treatment model thatimproves notonly nasal deformities butalso theefectivenessand stabilityofsurgical treatment.This review focuseson summarizingthemechanisms，clinicalappication，andbasic sienceofnon-surgicalnasalcartilagecorrectionmethods forcleftlip nasal deformity.
