AbstractThe efectsof key factors such as explant selection，disinfection methods，medium formulations，and culture conditions onthe process of rapid propagation of Ardisia mamillta via tissue culture were comprehensively analyzed.The results showed thatusing shoot tips or stem segments with buds as explants and adopting the disinfection method of soaking in 75% ethanol for 3O seconds followed by 0.1% （204 HgCl2 solution for 8 minutes achieved the best effect. The optimal medium for primary culture was 2/3 MS + 6-benzylaminopurine （6-BA） 3.0mg⋅L-1+ naphthaleneacetic acid（NAA） 0.2mg⋅L-1 ，with a germination rate of 91.0% . The optimal subculture proliferation medium was MS +6 -BA 1.5mg⋅L-1+ NAA 0.1 mg ⋅L-1+6 -kinetin（KT） 0.3mg⋅L-1 ，and the proliferation coefficient could reach 6.6. For rooting culture，the medium of 1/2MS+ indolebutyric acid（IBA） 0.5mg⋅L-1+NAA0.3mg⋅L-1 was the most effective，with a rooting rate of 93.0% . The survival rate of tissuecultured seedlings after transplantation could reach over 90% ：
