植物生长调节剂对长圆团叶杜鹃叶片生长及花期的影响

AbstractTo explore the efects of diferent plant growth regulatorson leaf growth and flowering period of rhododendron,Rhododendron orbiculare was selected as the research object. At 30 days and 60 days after the application of 9 types of plant growth regulators,field surveys were conducted to measure leaf growth indicators such as length and width.The Royal Horticultural Society Color Chart(RHSCC)andacolor diffrence meter wereused to determine leaf color indicators,and the initial flowering period was observed regularlyat fixed points.The results showed that diethylaminoethyl hexanoate(DA-7),sodium nitrophenolate,potassium indolebutyrate,tridecanol,tetramethyl glutaric acid,and 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA)could efectively expand the area of mature leaves,and alltreatments significantly promoted shoot elongation. After the application of plant growth regulators,the RHSCC values,lightness (L∗ ),redness (a* ),and yellowness (b* ) values of mature leaves generally changed from yellowish to green. Sodium nitrophenolate exhibited the most prominent comprehensive effects,withthefastest leaf growth rate at both 30 days and 6O days. At 6O days,the length and width of mature leaves increased by 20.4% and 19.6% compared with the control,respectively,and the shoot length increased by 125% . For the sodium nitrophenolate treatment group,the RHSCC of mature leaves was NN137B described as greyish olive green,with L*=37.07 and b*=15.06 , the lowest among all experimental groups,indicating the deepest green colorand thehighestchlorophyllcontent.In addition,sodium nitrophenolate showed the strongest flower-promoting efect,advancing the initial flowering period by up to10 days. Sodium nitrophenolate has multiple advantages,including rapid leaf growth promotion,significant greening enhancement,and initial flowering period regulation,which is the most suitable foliar growth regulator for Rhododendronorbiculare.
