AbstractToclarifythe keyroot-associated fungal taxa related tothe growthand development ofLonicera caerulea during seed-based artificial propagation,high-throughput sequencing technology was used tocompare the compositionof rhizosphere fungal communities betweenwild Loniceracaeruleaplants andartificiallycultivated plants. The results showed that the Shannon diversity index(Shannon),species richness index (Ace)and species dominance index(Simpson)of root-associated fungi in wild Lonicera caerulea plants were all higher than those incultivated plants, with the dominant fungal phyla being Ascomycota and Basidiomycota. The intra-group dispersion of root-associated fungi in wild plants was higher than that incultivated plants, indicating that the rhizosphere fungi of Loniceracaerulea in natural habitats had higher diversity. Canonical correspondence analysis revealed that all physicochemical properties significantly affected the soil fungal community.Functional annotationof the soil fungal community identified three major trophic groups and eight ecological functional groups. Most fungi in artificiall cultivated soils belonged to multi-trophic (pathotroph-saprotroph-symbiotroph) taxa, while the relative abundances of single pathotrophic fungi and beneficial symbiotrophic fungi were relatively low.
