不同种源油蒿种子萌发期耐盐性试验

Abstract To screen Artemisia ordosica provenances with strong salt tolerance,the seeds five diffrent provenances Artemisia ordosica from Otog Front Banner,Inner Mongolia(E1),Alxa Left Banner,Inner Mongolia (Z1),Zhongwei,Ningxia (S1),Huanghuatan,Gulang County, (H1),and Qingtu Lake,Minqin,(Q1) were taken as experimental materials.Seed germination experiments were conducted under seven NaCl mass fraction treatments: )%(CK),0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0% ,and 1.2% . The effects salt stress on seed germination and seedling growth Artemisia ordosica from diferent provenances were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase in NaCl mass fraction,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,seedling bud length,and radicle length Artemisia ordosica seeds from the five provenances generally showed a decreasing trend.The radicle length/germ length showed an increasing trend under moderate NaCl massfraction treatments (20 (0.2%-0.4% ),and then began to decrease with the continuous increase in solution mass fraction until reaching zero.Through comprehensive evaluation,the salt tolerance Artemisia ordosica seeds from the five provenances during the germination stage was ranked from strong to weak as follows: H1,Q1,S1,El,and Z1.
