Abstract Based on the high requirements of the fashion market for quality and innovative personality，as well as the current status of the gambiered Guangdong gauze industry，an eye-tracking experiment was conducted to obtain indicator data from different gambiered Guangdong gauze samples.Subsequently，mean value analysis，entropy analysis，and multifactorial variance analysis were performed.Additionally，fuzzy comprehensive analysis was conducted on the subjective evaluations of participants to understand the visual preferences of young women for gambiered Guangdong gauze from both objective and subjective perspectives.The results indicate that this group tends to prefer styles that accentuate a slim figure，such as waist-cinching and straightshouldered designs，conventional color combinations like black and light brown，and fabrics with a lustrous finish or slightly raised patterns，such as satin and tortoise-shell patterns.Moreover，new Chinese elements，including ties，frog buttons，and diagonal lapels，have also received high attention and favor.These findings provide references for the innovative development of gambiered Guangdong gauze in modern society，helping to enhance its market competitiveness and visibility among young women.
