AbstractTriboelectric textiles,as crossscale integrated products combining triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs)with textile substrates,have effectively advanced the development of smart textiles with both energy harvesting and wearable functionalities.This article systematically reviews the research progress in key preparation technologies and performance optimization strategies for triboelectric textiles.From the two major dimensions of fabric structural topology design and fiber/yarn multilevel regulation,it systematicallyelucidates thedesign frameworkand preparation pathways for triboelectric textiles.It providesan in-depthanalysis of themultiscale synergistic strategies for performanceoptimization,including gradient matching of polar materials,surface/interface functionalization,and multi-level structural optimization of fabrics,thereby revealing the physical mechanism and structure-property relationship for enhancing charge transport eficiency.Based on the requirements of applications such as environmental sensing, health monitoring,and human-computer interaction,this article clarifies theapplication paradigms and technical boundaries of such devices.Through a forward-looking discusson on the technological evolution path of textile-based triboelectric nanogenerators,it providesa theoretical framework and technical pathway for developing a new generation of intelligent textile systems.
