Abstract In order to achieve good heat dissipation and electromagnetic wave absorption performance of the material,ZnO and flake FeSiAl were used as functional fillers,and room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber was filled to prepare a thermal conductive absorbing compositematerial.The microstructure,mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and microwave absorption performance of ZnO/FeSiAl thermally conductive and microwave absorbing silicone rubber were analyzed by ΔX -ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),universal tensile test,thermal conductivity test and electromagnetic parameter test.The results show that the mixed ZnO and FeSiAl are relatively pure and free of other impurities.When the ratio is (204号 5:3 ,the distribution of FeSiAl and ZnO in silicone rubber is the most uniform.In terms of mechanical properties,the tensile strength decreases while the Shore hardness increases with the increase of the ratio.The thermal conductivity reaches the best performance when the ratio increases to 5:3 ,witha thermal conductivity of 0.85W/(m⋅K) .At the same time,under the conditionofaratio of 5:3 ,the material also shows better microwave absorption performance. When the sample thickness is 2. 0mm ,the minimum reflection loss RLmin at 10.87GHz is -22.45dB ,and the effective absorption bandwidth is 4. 1GHz .Inaddition,after combining with the periodic frequency selective surface(FSS),the microwave absorption performance is greatly enhanced,and the minimum reflection loss value of -59.92dB is achieved at 10.73 GHz .This work is helpful to solve the problems of heat conduction and electromagnetic pollution in electronic devices.
