Dual-branch acquisition and tracking algorithm based on auxiliary vectors

Abstract:Toaddressthechalenges oflow power utilization and poor noise resistance in binaryofset carrier (BOC) signalcaptureand trackingalgorithms,adual-branch jointacquisitionand trackingalgorithmusingauxiliaryvectorsis proposed. Firstly,a configurable auxiliary vector generation method isdesigned to synthesize a vicepeak curve,and then combined with dual-branch joint acquisition and tracking,significantlyimproving power utilizationand noiseresistance performance.Thesimulationresultsshowthatthealgorithmcanmaintainhighacqusitionaccuracywhileachievingvicepeak elimination.Under the condition of a signal-to-noise ratio of -20 dB,the acquisition probability exceeds 90% ,and the code phase tracking accuracy is controlled within 1/2000 chips. Compared with existing methods, the proposed algorithm achieves theunity ofambiguity elimination and power optimization in BOC signal procesing, improves noise resistance performance, and provides theoretical support for the design of new generation navigation receivers.
