Storage life evaluation method for missile-borne products integrating information from design and testing

Abstract:Storage lifeevaluationofmisile-borme products donotfullyutilizedesign information,andfailurecriteria do not directlyreflect the failure mechanisms during thedepletion phase.Conductingan in-depth studyon storage life evaluation under multi-parameter coupling whileconsidering these issues is of great significance.Inregardtothis,a storage life evaluation method for evaluating the storage lifeof misile-borne products by integrating multiple sourcesof designand experimental information isproposed.Firstly,astorage lifecharacterization indexisestablishedusingfailurerateas the lifespancriterion,the influencing factorsofstorage lifeisanalyzed,andthesourcesof designand test informationis clarified.Secondly,basedonthe generalized stress-strength interference model,aproduct failurerate modelisconstructed that comprehensively considers the discreteness of design parameters, the randomness of storage conditions,and the degradation of performance parameters.Thirdly,the failure rate modelis generalized toamulti-parameter scenario using the Copula function.Givenafailureratethreshold,the storage lifeisestimated through geneticalgorithm.Finally,taking a controlamplifierasanexample,theefectiveness ofthe proposed method isverified.The analysis shows thatthe proposed method effctivelysolves the problemof design parameters being unrelated to storage life indicators,providing strong support for the positive design and accurate evaluation of storage life.
