Abstract:Areliability model for single-component equipment systems is constructed to address thecomplex fault processes of weaponequipment under natural damage and various extemal shocks in the current high-intensity training environment,taking intoaccount multiple fault modesandmulti-stage fault processs.A detection-basedpreventive maintenance strategy is adopted,which involves regularly inspecting equipment to identify and replace components with potential faults.Basedon equipment reliabilityanalysis and replacement reward theory,explicit expresions forexpected availabilityand expectedcostratearederived,andanequipmentutilizationefficiency modelissubsequentlyconstructed.By combining dataanalysis andoptimization algorithms,theoptimal detection interval for equipment utilization effciencyis determined.Finall,the proposed model and optimization method are validated through examples to efectively improve the operational effciencyof equipment compared to traditioal models.Thiscan provide some reference for fault prediction and preventive maintenance strategy optimization of current weapon equipment.
