Abstract：With therapiddevelopment of militaryand scientific technology，thecombat application，technique regime andrelated indicator demonstrationofdata link systemrequire advancedargumentation tools thatcan utilize modelingand simulation techniquesas wellasqualitative and quantitative methods toachieve model-basedanalysis，designand verificationofdata link system，providing technicalsupportfordecision-making indata link equipmentconstructionprojects. Firstly，the internal operation mechanismof the“task net-logic net-physical net”indata link system isanalyzed，and the model-based design processof data link system isintroduced.Secondly，the overalldesign frameworkandoperation principle of data link system co-simulation system are expounded. Finaly，taking the U.S.Naval Integrated Fire ControlCounter Air as a typical case，theexperimental results prove the feasibilityofthe modeling and simulation method for the data link system capability.

面向战区一体化联合作战条件下体系作战需求，按照作战任务中战术“观察-判断-决策-行动（observation-orientation-decision-action，OODA）"环路构建对数据链的功能及性能要求，需要由数据链装备向数据链系统，再向数据链体系延伸拓展[1-2]。（剩余15715字）
