本文立足于我国现行法律对食用农产品界定模糊以及监管职能交叉的现状,分析食用农产品现行立法存在的不足,对国外食用农产品立法和监管模式进行比较研究,对当前我国食用农产品监管问题提出明确食用农产品概念界定并在法律和监管层面提出完善的意见建议。
