Abstract： This paper discussed a CAD/CAM network laboratory for CNC machining which integrated teaching，scientific researchandappicationtraining.Theconstructionof networkenvironment，therealizationofserialcommunicationandthe selectionandconfigurationof network environmentsoftware were introducedindetail.Theteaching practice showed thatthe laboratoryenvironmentnotonlyadgooduiversalityutalsowassimplendapplicable，withighantinterference，lowcost， high reliability，and had good practical value.
