Abstract：Aimingattheproblemsofloweficiencyandhighlabor intensityof manualloadingandunloadingof tobacco packetin tobacco redrying enterprises，amobiletobacco packet loadingand unloading integrated machine was designed forloadingand unloading of tobacco packet in tobacco redrying enterprises byadding column cantilever crane，conveyor belt，crosslideand othercomponents tothe chasis of the existing trucks.Analysisshows that this equipmentcan improve themechanization level of tobacco packet loading and unloading operations，reduce labor intensity，decrease theriskof operational safety，and reduce the number of workers from 7～10 per shift to 1 per shift.The work efficiency hasbeen improved to 2OO packages per hour per person，with significant comprehensive benefits.
