Abstract： Inresponsetothe isse thatthe gap between theside plate ofthe cuting tablebodyand the spreader plate is asyto entangle pepper stalks，residual flm，driptape and other debris during mechanized harvesting of pepper.The research on anti-winding technologyofpepperharvestercuttingtable was carredout Ananti-windingdevicefor pepperharvestercuting tableconsisting ofclearing grasscuterandirculararcbafle was desiged.Thisdevicecanefectivelycutoffandtrowoutthe entangleddebris，decrease thenumberofdowntimemaintenance，prolongtheservicelifeoftheequipmentItmakespoibleto improve operationaleficiencyand harvesting quality， tus realizingcostreductions and eficiency gains inthe pepper harvsting process Comparativefeld tests haveconfirmed that the pepper harvesterfited with thiscuting tableanti-windingdevicecan increase its efficiencyby 0.21hm2/h due to areduction in the number ofbreakdowns.
