青贮机圆盘割台集茎滚筒加工工艺研究

Abstract：Thisarticle introduces the proesing technology methodof the maincomponent ofthe silage machinedisccutting platform，thestemcollecting drum，andtheoptimized designofthecorrsponing rivetingand welding fixtures toensurethe designsizand weldingproessrequirementsofthestmcollecting cylinder.Bydesigningasseblyinspectionfixtures，silating theassemblystatusofthetemcollectingcylinderverifyingwhethertereisassemblyinterferenceintheweldeddimensionsofthe parts，andsimpifngthefalsmblyopeatioprocessTheprocessgtenolgandolingvealsoeenvalatedctual productionprocessandthedimensionofthepartaftewelding meetstherequirementsoftedsigndrawings，whichanprovide reference for the production and manufacturing ofsimilar cuting table parts.

0引言

割台作为大型青贮机核心部件之一，其制造质量直接决定青贮机切割性能及切割效率；目前市场青贮机割台主要形式分为圆盘式和链刀式，且随着青贮饲料收获机市场结构的变化，圆盘式割台青贮机也占据了主流;圆盘割台主要结构如图1，其中集茎滚筒两两顺逆搭配组合，与清料器、塔轮配合工作组成物料运输通道，如图1标识方向。（剩余4882字）
