Abstract：Inordertosolvetheprobemthatheinclinationangleofthepickingstageandthethrowingstagecannotbechangedue tothefixedinclinationangleofthespringtoothduringtheharvestingprocessofpgmentedpepperavehicle-mountedpigmented pepperspringtothpickingrollerwithvariabletiltanglewasdesignedThestructureofthecombinationofrockerandcamtrack was adoptedtorealizetheoscilationoftheelastictooharoudtheelastictothaxisItouldmprovetecontactconditonbtwenthe pickingcylinderandthepigmentedpepperinthepickingstageandthethrowingstage，reducethebreakagerateofthepigmented pepperinthepickingprocessandprovideanewideafortheoptimizationofthestructureofthepigmentedpepperpickingcylinder.
