Abstract： Basedonthecomprehensiveadvantagesofpowder coating inthefieldofagricultural machineryindustrycoating， this studyfocuses on procesoptimization forhigh temperaturecuringof polyester powdercoating.Onthepremiseofprovidig the minimumenergy required forpowdercoating curingand stabilizing quality，adrying temperature-timecurve isused to measure thecuring processoptimize thecuring temperature seting，improve heatconduction eficiency，andreduce equipment construction and operation costs.

0引言

在农机装备日常使用过程中，漆膜不可避免长期面临雨水、化肥、农药等化学侵蚀，并与土壤、砂石、农作物等频繁接触、摩擦而导致物理磨损等问题；为解决以上问题，在农机加工制造过程中，引入聚酯粉末涂料喷涂固化工艺。（剩余2905字）
