采棉机采头吹风管流动性能仿真分析与优化

Abstract: Toavoid blockages in thecotonconveyingchannelofthecoton pickerand improve theconveying eficiencyofthe air delivry system,a CFD simulation modelof theflow performance ofthe picking head blowing tube was established using STAR-CCM + .Theaccuracyofthesimulationmodelwas verifiedthroughtesting oftheairdeliverysystem,andtherelative error of the simulation model was determined to be less than 5% . On this basis,an automated integrated process for sampling head simulation wasestablished,andtheinfluenceoftheoutletstructuralparametersoftheblowing pipeontheblowingspeed was analyzedbasedontheoptimizedLatinsquareexperimentaldesigmethod.Then,aneuralnetworkmodelwasappliedtoconstruct areducedordermodelfortheflow performanceofthesamplinghead,andthestructuralparameters wereoptimizedandimproved. The optimization results show that the pressure loss of the blowing pipe increases by 0.2% ,and that the average wind speed of the front blowing outlet increases by 10.9% These results provideatheoreticalbasis for the optimized design ofthe header blowpipe.
