Education Policy Analysis of PE Teachers in Primary and Middle Schoolsin China

Abstract:Using themulti-sourcetheory,thispaperanalyzes theprocessofmakingeducationalpolicies forPEteachers inprimaryandsecondaryschools in China.Theresearch finds thatthequalityof physical education teachers in primary andsecondary schools in China promotes theoriginof the problems of physical education in China.The instructionof the partyandthecountry toprimaryand middleschoolPE teacher educationandthepublicopinion directionconstitute the political source;Thepromotion fromallwalksoflifeconstitutes thesourceofpolicy;Under theeffortsofvarious forces,thethree streams interweave with each other and finally open the windowofpolicy.Theresearch shows that the reformof PE teacher education in primaryand secondaryschools should vigorously promote focus events,always firm political stance,encourage multiple suggestions and promote PEteacher education indiferent levelsandcategories.
