Research on the Current Situation of Sports Injuries in Physical Education Teaching of Primary and Secondary Schools in Suzhou Industrial Park

Abstract：By using the methods of literature review，questionnaire surveyand mathematical statistics，this paper investigates thecurrentsituationofsports injuriesinphysical education teaching in36primaryandsecondaryschools in Suzhou IndustrialPark，comprehensivelyanalyzes thecausesofinjuriesandputs forward effective preventive measures. Theresults showthat：（1）Theoverallinjuryrateof primaryandsecondary schoolstudents in physical education teaching in Suzhou Industrial Park is 59.76% ，and the sports injury rate of boys atall ages is higher than that of girls; （2） The proportionofmildinjuries is the highest，while theproportionofmoderateandsevere injuries isrelativelylow; （3） The top threetypesofsports injuries among maleand female students inprimaryandsecondary schoolsareabrasions， contusions，andsprains;（4）Gymnasticsisthemostinjuriouseventforprimaryschoolstudents.Thesports ijuriesofjunior highschoolboysmostlyoccur inqualitytraining.Basketballisthemaininjuryeventforseniorhighschoolboys，whilegirls focus onvolleyballandaerobics;（5）Themainreasonsforsports injuriesofprimaryschool studentsare lackof safety awareness，difcultyinsportsevents，andpoorphysical quality；Themainreasons forsports injuriesamong juniorhigh schoolstudentsaretheemphasisonexamorientededucation，theshort-termand high-intensitytraining mode，and the inabilitytocorrectlyrecognizetheirownsportsabilities；Themainreasons forhighschoolstudents'sports injuriesare insufficientunderstandingoftheconsequencesofsportsinjuries，self-expressionpsychologyandaazyclaroomstate.
