后疫情时代下瑜伽对于大学生心理健康的影响研究

Abstract:Byanalyzing theconnection betweenyogaclassesand the mental healthofcollegestudents in the post-pandemic era,this paper explores the impactofyoga exerciseon the mental healthofcollege students.Astudyon thementalhealthof8O femalecolege students from Taiyuan UniversityofTechnologyin yogacourses was conducted by using methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics.They were randomly divided into theexperimental groupandthecontrol group.40students in theexperimental groupreceived yoga course training for16 weeks,while40colege students inthecontrol group maintained normal living habits.And nootherphysicalexerciseactivitieswillbecarredout.Thementalhealth indicatorsofcolege studentswere tested through the SCL-90 (Symptom Checklist90).Result:(1) After theexperiment,the scoresof the nine subscalesof interpersonalelatiisiityoiolsesderepreioetylit paranoiaand psychosis ofthecollege students in the experimental group were significantlylower than thosebefore the experiment (P<0.05) .(2)Afterthe experiment,the scores ofcollge students in the experimental group on the other eight subscales except for the somatization scale were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion: Practicing yogacaneffectivelyimprove symptomssuchasdepresion,anxiety,interpersonal sensitivityand obsesive-compulsive disorder among college students,and significantly enhance their mental health status.
