Abstract：Asanimportantmeansof inheriting Tibetan horseracingfestival culture，digital technology's logical mechanism is reflected inreshaping thecultural preservationmodeofTibetan horseracingfestival，reconstructing the cultural inheritancesceneofTibetanhorseracingfestival，innovatingtheculturalindustryformofTbetanhorseracing festival，andexpandingtheculturaldiseminationchannelsofTibetanhorseracing festival.Thevalueofdigital technologyempoweringthecultural inheritanceofTibetanhorseracing festivals isreflectedintherealizationofdigital protectionandrevitalizationofcultural resources; Promotecultural innovationand createa modern horseracing cultural experience;Drive the developmentofcultural tourismand promote local economicprosperity；Expand cultural dissemination channelsand enhance theinfluenceof horseracing festivals.Atthe same time，italso facespractical dificultiessuchasdiffcultyinbalancingtechnologicalpopularization，difficultyindeepeningculturalconotations， shortageoffundsandtechnologyanddificultyinbalancinginnovationandinheritance.Inviewofthis，innovative participatorydigital protectionand inheritancemethodsforTibetan horseracingfestivalsareproposed，including establishingadigitalknowledgesystemforthecultural inheritanceofTibetanhorseracingfestivals，improvingthe balancemechanismofdigitalrightsandinterests fortheprotectionandinheritanceofTibetanhorseracingfestivals，and participating intheconstructionofaglobaldigitalcommunityfortheprotectionand inheritanceofhorseracing culture.
