A Study of the Mechanismsand Problems of the Effect of Exercise Intervention on Social Anxiety

Abstract:Social anxietyis consideredoneofthemostcommon mental health disorders and is notonlyassociated with serious impairmentofpersonal health-relatedqualityoflife,butalsoposesaheavyburdenonpublic health.Currently, theissueofsocialdisorders hasreceived widespreadattention fromcountriesaroundtheworld,andresearchonthe efectsofexerciseonsocialanxietyhas graduallyemerged,butthereareinconsistencies infindings duetodierencesin research paradigms.Basedonprevious studies,weanalyze the literatureonsportsand socialanxietyindetail toreveal themechanismsand influencingfactorsofsportsonsocialanxiety,and providetheoreticalreferencesand practical guidance forthein-depth developmentofsports toimprovesocialdisorders.The studyshows that sportscaneffectively preventandalleviate social anxietysymptoms byimproving individualmental health,regulating individual behavioral performance,modulating individual hormone secretion,and improving the functionand structureofspecificregionsof thebrain;sportsmode,sportsenvironment,and individual differencesareimportantmoderatingvariablesof sports intervention for individual social anxiety.
