Practical Research on Table Tennis core Stability Training From the Perspective of Power Chain Taking Forehand pull Technique as an Example

Abstract:Objective:to solve the problems of singleand dificult tomatchand supporttheuseof special technologyin grass-roots table tennis training,learn fromthe training methods forimprovingcorestabilitysuchasresistancetrainingand TPXsuspensiontraininginfunctionaltrainingmethods,andcombinedwiththetechnicalandphysicalneedsoftabletennis, inordertobuildaphysicaltrainingmethodtoimprovethespecialtechnicalabilityoftable tennis.Methods:using the methodsof lterature,teaching experimentandmathematicalstatistics,takingthetable tenisstudents withacertainnumber ofyears inthesportsschoolastheresearchobject,wecariedoutcorestabilitytrainingandgeneraltrainingrespectively, andevaluatedthecomprehensiveeffectofthetestdataandsubjectivefeedbackbeforeandafterthetraining.Results:(l)the trainingmethodsofboththeexperimental groupandthecontrolgroupwillpromotethecoretest indexestoacertainextent, whiletheexperimental group hasabetter promotion efectinboth CSRm test indexes and technical test indexes fepb and FS.(2)Fcpbhasasignificantpositivecorrelationwith SuandEE,whileFShasasignificantpositivecorrelationwith Su, EEandDLH.(3)InthelinearregressonanalysiswithFSandfcpbasdependentvariables,whetherforFSorPCPb,Su, whichrepresentsthecorestrength indexincoretraining,hasamoresignificantpositiveimpactthanother testindexes.
