山区高速交旅融合服务区运营管理优化研究

——以福建省石牛山服务区为例

Abstract:Against the backdrop of the“Transportation Powerhouse”and“All-Tourism” strategies,the“Transportation-Tourism Integration”serviceareas in mountainous high-speed regions are crucial nodes for promoting regional economic development.Therefore,itis necessryto explorethekeyinfluencing factors of theoperational benefitsof such service areas and propose optimization strategies for their operationand management.By employing the Structural Equation Model(SEM)for empiricalanalysis,atheoretical modelof theinfluencing factorsof operational benefits is constructed.Te research indicates thatservicefacilities,service quality,cultural experience distinctiveness,and the linkageof regional resoures haveasignificant positive impactonoperational benefits.Based on this,taking the Shiniu Mountain Service Area in Fujian Province as research case,optimization strategies are proposed from theperspective of operation and management, including the construction of a“Transportation +N ” integration model, service upgrades, and the establishment of amulti-party linkage mechanism.The research results can provide a reference basis for the operation and management of similar service areas.
